In-Network Insurance
If we are in-network with your insurance provider:
-
You and your insurance company share responsibility for fees
-
Your estimated portion is due at the time of service
-
We will submit claims on your behalf
-
We will assist in estimating your coverage
-
Please note that insurance plans often do not cover all procedures in full. If insurance payment is not received within 30 days, any outstanding balance becomes the responsibility of the patient.
Balances over 90 days may be subject to interest charges.

Out-Of Network Insurance
If we are out-of-network with your plan:
-
Payment is due at the time of service
-
We can provide documentation to assist you in submitting claims
-
Reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider
Insurance benefits are based on the contract between your employer and your insurance company.

Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks & Cash as forms of payments.

Financing Options
To help make treatment more manageable, we offer third-party financing options including Cherry CareCredit, & HFD or patients without dental insurance. Please contact our office for more information regarding financing options.

Financial Responsibility
Orthodontic treatment is an important investment in your long-term health. Our relationship is with you, not your insurance provider. We are committed to helping you maximize your benefits while maintaining transparency regarding financial responsibilities.
If you have questions about coverage or payment, please contact our team at 860-261-2469

Our payment
plans
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s treatment needs. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins with our financial coordinator. We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a low-down-payment option.
We also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and we will file the necessary papers with your insurance company. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable to you so you may have the best orthodontic care available worry-free!

Fees
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:
-
If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)
-
To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of month interest-free.
-
For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa®, MasterCard®, and automatic debit from your checking account or credit card.
-
In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.
